L ast week was his 40th birthday and he really didn't feel like waking up that morning. He managed to pull himself together and go downstairs for breakfast, hoping his wife would be pleasant and say, "Happy Birthday Darling!", and possibly have a small present for him. I'm GUILTY but i LOVE IT!

Hi guys! it's been awhile. Got busy and all. Got sick for a week (LWOP waaahh!) . Anyways, what's me feeling guilty about? Hee hee. I ATE CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE! :p I promise myself i would eat less sweet and more water (water therapy ei?!) , but it's tempting and looks really yummy! I would like to blame my office mate Marjun for it! (Happy Birthday! :P *wink*) CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE is Layers of chocolate pound cake with yummy chocolate fudge filling, generously finished with fudge-y chocolate icing. Second Attempt on Cassava Cake: Perfect!

Hi! It's been awhile. This is my second attempt in making my fave Cassava Cake! I used My newly bought 8 inch Aluminum cake pan. Fortunately, i did well on this one. though, i only ate a few. I have given the rest to my mom, which is also a fan of this kakanin. I've made this at 12:00 am of March 18, I cannot sleep (It's the insomnia again). Cassava flesh were earlier grated, and all other ingridients were long been ready. Bought the cassava roots at P20.00/2 kls. Other ingridients that I used are: Sugar - I used segunda or brown sugar. Fresh milk Coconut milk - I made this from coconut powder melted on water. You can buy it at the grocery store or sari-sari store but of course, fresh coconut milk is much better but more effort. Condensed milk - you should save some for the topping Quick Melt Cheese - for topping Top: Oven melted quick melt cheese and condense milk. Close look at the toppings, brownies parts are not burnt, those are melted chee...
