Second Attempt on Cassava Cake: Perfect!

Hi! It's been awhile. This is my second attempt in making my fave Cassava Cake! I used My newly bought 8 inch Aluminum cake pan. Fortunately, i did well on this one. though, i only ate a few. I have given the rest to my mom, which is also a fan of this kakanin. 

I've made this at 12:00 am of March 18, I cannot sleep (It's the insomnia again). Cassava flesh were earlier grated, and all other ingridients were long been ready. Bought the cassava roots at P20.00/2 kls. Other ingridients that I used are: 
  • Sugar - I used segunda or brown sugar.
  • Fresh milk
  • Coconut milk - I made this from coconut powder melted on water. You can buy it at the grocery store or sari-sari store but of course, fresh coconut milk is much better but more effort.
  • Condensed milk - you should save some for the topping
  • Quick Melt Cheese - for topping

 Top: Oven melted quick melt cheese and condense milk.

Close look at the toppings, brownies parts are not burnt, those are melted cheese, sorry for the pic, i used my Samsung Galazy Y phone in taking that.

A slice of it! Just look at the inside, you'll love it.
Not too sweet, but creamy and yummy.
